just got back from jogging with bro.

see, i kept my words right? haha recently have been jogging and working out at alternate days. maybe not up to the expectations i set yet but still, worth the praise for keeping it up.

my progress so far:
  • at least 5 rounds in stadium/2 rounds around my area
  • few pull ups
  • 40 push ups
  • sets of sit-ups (extra leh!)
  • keep forgetting to drink milk
  • still sleep late at night/not enough sleep


i hope to keep this up till NAPFA, or even till my enlistment.

SISPEC/OCS, i'm coming!
